About the event
🧘♀️ 10:00–11:00 AM: Family Yoga Class
Led by Nicole Newick, these gentle sessions are designed for both kids and adults—no experience necessary! Bring a yoga mat or towel and dress comfortably.
🍎 11:00–12:00 PM: Lunch Break
Pack a picnic and enjoy a relaxed lunch together. We'll have juice boxes and water available.
🌱 12:00–2:00 PM: Garden Time
After class, enjoy some unhurried time in the garden. There may be small tasks for those who want to help, but feel free just to explore and enjoy the space together.
